Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Shipping time begins once your package has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and will be calculated or displayed at checkout based on the shipping options available for your order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, carrier delays may be outside of Golden Wish Scoops’ control.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
